1. Frame     

       The frame of heavy rack is the main support part, and max load capacity can reach 16 ton.The height of warehouse shelf can reach 12 meters or 30 meters( this is a kind automation warehouse, and frame is connected by several less than 12 meters). Each frame is include 2 pcs frame posts,2 pcs horizontal brace and several diagonal brace. Firmly connect with H-brace and D-brace to fulfill the safety and science of shelf.(below is the conmen frame specification form):

2. Beam

       Beam is the main part to support the goods. Beam adopt the excellent section design and high quality steel material, can fulfill quickly store and pick and load capacity can reach 4500kg/unit. Section shape of beam are rectangle tube, P shape tube, J shape tube, double C shape and so on. Firmly connect by the frame clip, special shape of frame make the shelf more safe and steady after loading the goods. The length of beam is less than 4 meters, and mainly design by pallet size.
